Odysseus Leadership

Odysseus leadership skills can be compared as good and bad at the sametime. He lead his crew through the oceans safely but the curses that fell upon him made it tough for his crew members to stay alive. Even though Odyesseus protected his men the curse that the Cyclops put on him made all his crew members die before they all made it back to Ithaca.
